Team Profit Sharing Program
Purpose
This program allows schools, teams, and organizations to earn profits from sales of their custom fanwear and team apparel through our online store. We handle production, fulfillment, and payouts—your team promotes the store and earns a share of every sale.
How It Works
Step 1 – Setup & Design
We collaborate with you to select apparel items, colorways, and decoration options.
Your custom team store is built and hosted on our e-commerce platform.
You receive a store preview link for approval before launch.
Step 2 – Pricing & Mark-Up
We provide you with a cost sheet listing the base cost for each item (including printing and fulfillment).
You select your mark-up amount, which determines the profit your organization earns per item sold.
Step 3 – Promotion & Marketing
You share your store link through your team’s communication channels (email, social media, events, flyers, etc.).
The more the store is promoted, the more your organization earns.
Step 4 – Order Fulfillment
Orders are processed directly through the online store.
We handle all production, packaging, and shipping directly to customers.
You do not need to collect payments or manage inventory.
Step 5 – Monthly Payout
At the end of each month, total sales are reviewed.
Profits earned (total mark-up amount) are calculated and issued to your organization.
Payouts are made via check or electronic payment within 10 business days of month-end.
