Customers must contact Concepts in Apparel Decorating at firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of the customers receipt of merchandise. All returns must be authorized by the sales department with an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the returned package or the package will be refused. Return packages must be posted marked within 10 days of RMA issued date. Freight charges will not be refunded unless the merchandise is defective or incorrectly shipped. A 20% or $25 (whichever is greater) restocking fee will be assessed on a return of blank goods resulting from customer error. No altered merchandise will be accepted (i.e.: laundered, embellished, tags removed, or modified in any way). All sale or clearance item are non-refundable.
